ECOLOGICAL AND SOCIETAL IMPACT CONSIDERATIONS

Encell provides the market a much safer technology than Lithium Ion batteries, reduces carbon emissions for production of energy, provides positive environmental impact with a recyclable chemistry, and preserves the natural ecosystem. The execution of Encell’s growth strategy will have a positive impact on the reduction of pollution stemming from fossil fuel and hydrocarbon-based energy production.

Preserve the ecosystem. Contrary to Encell’s Nickel-Iron technology, aging Lead-Acid batteries may leak with time. Heavy lead is toxic, compared to Nickel-Iron. Almost no Lithium Ion batteries are recycled today due to the poor underlying economics because there is little aftermarket value in them and retrieving the valuable commodity metals is very expensive. Encell’s battery is environmentally friendly battery. Encell contributes to a lower carbon footprint for energy delivery and the company’s manufacturing strategy minimizes the transportation costs associated with getting its products to the customer by having assembly operations in or close to target markets.

Create high value-add job opportunities, increase tax revenues, narrow the social divide, and provide positive employment alternatives to society that require high educational standards by establishing assembly operations in underdeveloped countries and regions.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

All materials fully recyclable—electrodes reusable as they don’t degrade.

Clean manufacturing process with minimal carbon footprint—plan is to run the plant off PV solar and Newco BESS.

Primary components are:

  1. Iron
  2. Nickel (Oxy)Hydroxide
  3. Sodium
  4. Polypropylene case

No toxic metals like Lead or Cadmium.

Non-flammable electrolyte unlike Li Ion which is highly flammable.

No toxic fumes from accidental burning of cells like fluorine gas in Li Ion and Lead or Cadmium metal fumes.

No toxic metal contamination is case of cell destruction and leaching.
