JOB TITLE : SVP – Global Sales
JOB LOCATION : Alachua, Florida
JOB TYPE : Full-Time PAY RATE: Salary + Bonus + Equity
- Provide strategic direction, goals and expected results to the sales organization. Be field-minded with the interest and ability to travel and meet new and/or existing clients, partners and colleagues when necessary.
- Lead the group in overall planning and forecasting sales results for both the short and long term.
- Manage and set clear, measurable performance goals for direct reports.
- Interface and work with internal teams across legal, finance, sales ops and the business unit.
- Management forecasting and pipeline management.
- Mentoring sales team and ensuring development of individuals across the team. Provide the sales force with all of the tools, software, training, and other means to reach/exceed its goals.
- Identify and define growth opportunities in the market for the business REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA in Business, Engineering MBA a plus 10+ years of progressive experience in Battery Sales with 5+ years of Global Sales experience 10+ years of managing Battery Sales teams for successful performance. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills
