CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (August 23, 2011) – Encell Technology, Inc., a provider of next-generation battery management solutions, announced today an exclusive distribution agreement with KGP Logistics, one of the country’s largest single-source providers of equipment and integrated services to the telecommunications industry. As part of this agreement, KGP will begin marketing and selling the Encell Sentinel SPS™ suite of proactive battery management, remote monitoring and battery cooling solutions to its customers nationwide. KGP will also provide sales, marketing and customer support services.
